Welcome to 3rdSET Implant Solutions. By registering for our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Course Registration

  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is processed.

Payment

  • Payments must be made in full prior to the course start date.
  • We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 40 days or more before the course start date: 100% refundable, minus any credit card processing fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date: A $3,000 non-refundable fee will apply, and any credit card fees will also be deducted from the refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Course Changes

  • 3rdSET Implant Solutions reserves the right to make changes to course dates, instructors, or content if necessary.
  • In rare cases of course cancellation, full refunds will be provided.

Liability

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to San Diego International Airport.
  • 3rdSET is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damages during participation in any course or event.
