Welcome to 3rdSET Implant Solutions. By registering for our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Course Registration
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is processed.
Payment
- Payments must be made in full prior to the course start date.
- We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 40 days or more before the course start date: 100% refundable, minus any credit card processing fees.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date: A $3,000 non-refundable fee will apply, and any credit card fees will also be deducted from the refund.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Course Changes
- 3rdSET Implant Solutions reserves the right to make changes to course dates, instructors, or content if necessary.
- In rare cases of course cancellation, full refunds will be provided.
Liability
- Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to San Diego International Airport.
- 3rdSET is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damages during participation in any course or event.
